An apparently drugged Nigerian man has been arrested in Thailand after he stripped himself naked and lay on the road.

A 35-year-old Nigerian man has been arrested by the police in Samut Prakarn area of Thailand after he stripped naked and lay in the middle of the road, causing vehicles to swerve around him.
