The singer made this announcement on social media, thanking everyone that has been supportive during this time. He said;

The death of Davido’s friends has visibly been shocking to the artiste as he was seen to be more closer to God and his words and he was also announced the temporary stop for all shows and performances to mourn his friends.
We are happy he has found the strength to move on and we hope to see the renewed energy and experience expressed in a new hit!
